I’ve been spending the summer testing and tweaking recipes for my new course Cooking by the Book: New Releases that starts Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Each of the cookbooks featured in this course came out in 2022 and I’m having fun navigating the pleasures (and a few landmines) within each.
The four live Wednesday morning classes take place from 9:30 to 11:30 and run through October 11. Because these classes are both livestreamed and recorded, they will be available to watch (or re-watch) anytime until the term ends in December.
To register, you must be an OLLI @Berkeley member (50 years of age and better). Memberships start at $50 and the course registration fee is $120 for the 4 classes.
